Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule private lessons on the website or in the app under your bookings (if you are registered on the site) up to three hours before the scheduled lesson time. You can also email me up to three hours before the scheduled lesson time mike@mikehaasguitar.com. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please email me as well. Cancellations for classes are not accepted after the first session. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for lesson credit. There are no refunds for cancellations.
